Uruguay became the very first country on the planet to completely legalize marijuana in 2013.

While China, Egypt, France, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam hold the most stringent marijuana laws.

According to Guinness World Record (2010), Afghanistan Cannabis Survey published on 31 March 2010 by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) states that Afghanistan is now the world’s main supplier of cannabis.
